The GAA World Games is a competition that recognizes the global expansion of Gaelic games. The World Games will see teams from all over the world compete in Camogie, Hurling, Gaelic Football and Ladies Gaelic Football.

This year the 2016 Etihad Airways GAA World Games is  taking place between August 7 and 14 at UCD's Belfield campus, with the cup finals being played at Croke Park.

Pictured below is the group of Liberty Gaels Camogie Club girls that are representing New York County as the first ever NY county Camogie team in the first ever World Games Camogie competition.
